MMC Mode 1: Lecture and Share Content

Summary of Mode

This mode allows instructors to use the MMC to facilitate a lecture by sharing digital media (ex. PowerPoint).

Sharing Digital Media 

  1. Connect your laptop to the MMC via the HDMI cable
    Note: Plugging in the MMC and Polycom Studio may cause a resolution change of your laptop. This can be corrected by adjusting your laptop's display settings
  2. Log into your preferred video conferencing software to allow any remote students to participate 
  3. Extend your display to the MMC 
  4. Set your audio and/or video to the Polycom Studio
  5. Share your digital media using the share content feature
