How to create printing presets on a Mac

In the print dialog box, click the arrow next to
Printer Options
to expand options
Click
Printer Features
Click the drop down next to feature sets to select the setting that you would like to make a preset of (ex. Color settings 1)
Change the settings that you would like as presets (ex. Color type: Mono) and click OK
Click on the
Presets
drop-down
In the drop-down, choose
Save Current Settings as Preset...
Name preset and click
OK
