In New Quizzes, you can adjust quiz settings for individual students, but bulk moderation isn’t currently supported. Moderation options, such as reopening attempts and adjusting the timer, apply only to the specific quiz being moderated. You can add a specific amount of minutes or hours to each attempt, or remove time limit requirements. Moderation timer settings will not be applied to a quiz attempt that is currently in progress.
Moderate a Student's Quiz Attempt in New Quizzes
- Navigate to Quizzes, then click on the name of the quiz
- Scroll to the bottom, then click on the Build button
- Click Moderate from the top menu
- Click on the Moderate button for a student
- Enter the number of Additional Attempts or click the Increment (up) Arrow
- If time adjustments are needed, click the number of Hours or Minutes
- When finished, click Close button (x)
- To return to the main window, click the Return button
