Annual Enrollment 2026-2027 Information

Annual Enrollment for the 2026-2027 plan year is 2/2/2026 - 2/13/2026. Once annual enrollment is over, you may only make changes to your plan if you have a qualifying life event. There are no exceptions.

Annual Enrollment Elections
- To process your annual enrollment elections, log in to ICUBA by bswift via Okta no later than 5:00 p.m. on 2/13

Annual Enrollment Reminders

You only need to participate in annual enrollment if:

You want to add or continue a medical flexible spending account or dependent care flexible spending account
- The FSA amounts do not roll over from year to year so you must re-enroll
You want to make changes to your benefits
You want to add or drop dependents

Important Reminders:

Failure to complete enrollment will result in losing your healthcare or dependent care flexible spending account (FSA), effective 04/01/2026.
You must process your annual enrollment through ICUBA by bswift by 5:00 p.m. on 2/13:
- Rollins single sign-on via Okta
Once annual enrollment is over, you may only make changes to your plan if you have a qualifying life event.
Your enrollment is complete only when you’re given the option to email or print your confirmation. Be sure to retain a copy of your enrollment.
