Annual Enrollment 2025-2026 Information

Annual Enrollment for the 2025-2026 plan year is 2/1/2025 - 2/14/2025. Once annual enrollment is over, you may only make changes to your plan if you have a qualifying life event. There are no exceptions.

Take time to review these annual enrollment materials and carefully consider your options for a successful annual enrollment.

Annual Enrollment Reminders

You only need to participate in annual enrollment if:

• You want to add or continue a medical flexible spending account or dependent care flexible spending account
  • The FSA amounts do not roll over from year to year so you must re-enroll
• You want to make changes to your benefits
• You want to add or drop dependents

Important Reminders:

• Failure to complete enrollment will result in losing your healthcare or dependent care flexible spending account (FSA), effective 04/01/2025.
• You must process your annual enrollment through ICUBA by bswift by 5:00 p.m. on 2/14:
  • Rollins single sign-on via Okta; or
  • icubabenefits.org (User name is your Fox ID. If you’ve forgotten your password or get locked out, click “forgot password” or call 866-524-5063 and press option 1 to reset your password)
• Once annual enrollment is over, you may only make changes to your plan if you have a qualifying life event.
• Your enrollment is complete only when you’re given the option to email or print your confirmation.  Be sure to retain a copy of your enrollment.
