How to update secondary email in Okta

  1. Log in to your Okta account
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner
  3. Select Settings from the drop-down
  4. Click on Edit Profile  (Note: If you don't see the Edit Profile button, please continue to Step 7)
  5. You will be prompted to type in your password
  6. Complete your multi-factor authentication
  7. Click on Edit next to Personal Information
  8. Type in or edit your secondary email address in the text box
  9. Click Save at the bottom of the page
  10. Log in to your secondary email and select Confirm Email Change
