How to reset your password

  1. Access the Password Reset website
  2. Type in your Rollins email address and the captcha
  3. Choose I forgot my password 
  4. Choose a verification option:
    1. Email my alternative email
    2. Text my mobile phone
    3. Call my mobile phone
      Note: If you do not have any verification options, you will need to register your account. 
  5. Enter the verification code that was sent to your alternative contact method:
  6. Type your new password and confirm your new password (must be at least 16 characters)
