Overview
This service is for account requests including the following:
- Username change
- Application access in Okta
- Department email access
- Student worker account access
Common request descriptions:
- I changed my name - how can I update my FoxID (change my username)?*
- I need the TimeClock Plus tile added to my Otka account. I need an Okta tile.
- I need access to my department's shared mailbox.
- I hired a new student employee - can they have access to our department's shared mailbox?
