Overview

This service is for account requests including the following:

  • Username change
  • Application access in Okta
  • Department email access
  • Student worker account access

Common request descriptions:

  • I changed my name - how can I update my FoxID (change my username)?*
  • I need the TimeClock Plus tile added to my Otka account. I need an Okta tile.
  • I need access to my department's shared mailbox. 
  • I hired a new student employee - can they have access to our department's shared mailbox?

*Legal name changes must start with HR (employees) or Student Records (students) before your FoxID can be updated.
