How to reset your password

  1. Go to the Okta homepage
  2. Select Need help signing in?
  3. Select Forgot password?
  4. Type in your verification method:
    1. Mobile number
    2. Alternative email
      Note: If you do not have a mobile number or alternative email address linked to your Okta account, you will need to contact the Help Desk at 407-628-6363.
  5. Enter the verification code that was sent to your alternative contact method:
  6. Type your new password and confirm your new password (must be at least 16 characters)
