How to set up Okta Verify on a new device

If you get a new phone, you will need to reconfigure your MFA authentication through Okta. 

The steps below can only be followed if you have more than one MFA method set up (e.g., Okta Verify and SMS). If you only have a single method configured, please contact the Help Desk at 407-628-6363 for assistance.
