Plan Information
When the free EAP is not enough, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) administers the behavioral health/substance abuse benefit for those covered under the ICUBA medical plans. The benefit provides outpatient visits at the primary physician copay. For further information on network and benefits, visit ICUBA by bswift and click on the single sign-on feature for MyHealth Toolkit or call BCBS at 855-258-9029.
Effective 4/1/2025: Aetna no longer offers carved-out behavioral heath services and BCBS administers the Behavioral Health benefit for ICUBA. You will need to see BCBS behavioral health providers and use the BCBS medical card to obtain services. If you are currently in treatment with a provider who is not in the BCBS network complete the transition of care form and return to BCBS for review. Aetna will continue to provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits at no cost to all part time and full time Rollins employees. - Step children, if providing support, through the end of the calendar year they reach age 26
