Job Availability and Posting Procedure

Purpose

The purpose of this procedure is to facilitate recruitment efforts and promote outreach in the College's selection and hiring process, and to provide staff with an avenue for pursuing promotional opportunities within the College.

  • All Rollins College staff, who have completed at least six months in their present positions are eligible to apply for posted positions under this procedure.
  • A staff member who has not completed six months of service in their present positions may apply for positions within their own department, provided he/she has completed the ninety day introductory period.
  • Any exception to these eligibility provisions must be approved by the staff member's department and Human Resources.
