Hiring Procedure for Regular Staff Positions

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to outline the hiring procedures to be followed when filling vacancies for regular staff positions. It is the policy of Rollins College to hire and promote individuals solely on the basis of their job related qualifications. Accordingly, the College prohibits discrimination in the hiring process on the basis of race, color, religion, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, or veteran status.
