What happens if you give up your credentials?

  • Contact the Help Desk as soon as possible via 407-628-6363. The Help Desk will help you secure your account by resetting your password and checking your account activity and mail forwarding rules. If you are unable to contact because it is after-hours, you can follow these instructions to reset your password and these instructions to check for forwarding rules
  • If your account has suspicious activity before you are able to change your password, IT will disable your account. You will have to call the Help Desk for your account to be re-enabled and to have your password reset. 
  • Please remember to never send your credentials to anyone, and only put your password into sites that you recognize. Most Rollins log ins will direct you to the Okta page:
