Log in to your
Rollins email
Click on the gear at the top right of the screen
In the menu, choose
Forwarding
under the Mail section
In the Forwarding settings, check to see if the
Enable Forwarding
option is selected:
If this option is selected, make sure it is forwarding to your alternative email address
