How to check for forwarding rules in webmail

  1. Log in to your Rollins email
  2. Click on the gear at the top right of the screen
  3. In the menu, choose Forwarding under the Mail section
  4. In the Forwarding settings, check to see if the Enable Forwarding option is selected:

  5. If this option is selected, make sure it is forwarding to your alternative email address
