What to do if you receive a Phishing email
Report emails by using the Report Message feature in Outlook or Outlook Web. If you are not using Rollins' supported mail client (outlook), you may forward the email to phishing@rollins.edu
Do not open the email - if you have auto preview open, do not click on
Allow Unsafe Content
Do not download any attachments
Never click any links
Do not reply to the message or provide any personal information
How to mark emails as Phishing:
Outlook for Windows
- click Report Message and select Phishing:
Outlook for Mac
- Click the Report Message Icon then select Phishing:
Outlook Web
- Click the Report then select Report phishing:
What happens if you give up your credentials?
Contact the Help Desk as soon as possible via 407-628-6363. The Help Desk will help you secure your account by resetting your password and checking your account activity and mail forwarding rules. If you are unable to contact because it is after-hours, you can follow these

If your account has suspicious activity before you are able to change your password, IT will disable your account. You will have to call the Help Desk for your account to be re-enabled and to have your password reset.
Please remember to never send your credentials to anyone, and only put your password into sites that you recognize. Most Rollins log ins will direct you to the Okta page:
