Joining a Teams Meeting as a Guest

You can join a Teams meeting anytime, from any device, whether or not you have a Teams account. If you don't have an account, follow these steps to join as a guest.

1. To join the meeting, click the link at bottom of the email that says Click here to join the meeting.
   
    
    
2. A new window will pop-up, asking how you would like to join the meeting. Select your preferred option. Use Continue on this browser if you do not have a Microsoft account.
   
   
   Note: whichever option you select, a Teams window, similar to the one below, will open and you will be prompted to enter your name and to choose your audio and video settings. 
    
3. Type your name and click Join now.
