How to configure the Polycom Studio for Zoom

Note: Plugging in the MMC and Polycom Studio may cause a resolution change of your laptop. This can be corrected by adjusting your laptop's display settings.

Mac Computer

How to configure Zoom settings:

  1. From the menu bar, select the arrow next to the Audio button
  2. Select Polycom Studio from the list of microphone options
  3. Select Polycom Studio from the list of speaker options
  4. From the menu bar, select the arrow next to the Video button
  5. Select Polycom Studio from the list of camera options

How to configure Mac settings to control the volume level of the Polycom Studio:

  1. Open System Settings
  2. Select Sound from the left hand menu
  3. Click the Output tab
  4. Select Polycom Studio

Windows Computer

  1. From the menu bar, select the arrow next to the Audio button
  2. Select Polycom Studio from the list of microphone options
  3. Select Polycom Studio from the list of speaker options
  4. From the menu bar, select the arrow next to the Video button
