How to configure the Polycom Studio for Microsoft Teams

Note: Plugging in the MMC and Polycom Studio may cause a resolution change of your laptop. This can be corrected by adjusting your laptop's display settings

Mac Computer

How to configure Teams settings:

  1. From the icon bar, select the Camera option
  2. Select Polycom Studio from the drop down
  3. From the icon bar, select the Mic option
  4. Select Polycom Studio under Speaker
  5. Select Polycom Studio under Microphone

How to configure Mac settings to control the volume level of the Polycom Studio:

  1. Open System Settings
  2. Select Sound from the left hand menu
  3. Click the Output tab
  4. Select Polycom Studio

Windows Computer

  1. From the icon bar, select the Camera option
  2. Select Polycom Studio from the drop down
  3. From the icon bar, select the Mic option
  4. Select Polycom Studio under Speaker
  5. Select Polycom Studio under Microphone
