Support Hours:  Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM.

We will resume normal hours on January 2nd.

We're Here to Help
The Rollins IT Help Desk is the first point of contact for all technology issues. We use a ticketing system (Team Dynamix) that allows the Help Desk to take in all of the information about your problem and then assign the TDX ticket to the appropriate person within IT. So, never worry if you aren't sure who the appropriate person is to call. Just call the Help Desk and your problem will be routed to the right spot.
