Which network should I connect to?
- Foxnet-V2 is for phones and computers. This is the main network for Rollins users and you can connect to it with your Rollins credentials. View instructions below for how to connect on Apple computers, Windows computers, iOS devices, and Android devices.
- Rollins-Misc Devices is designed for IOT devices such as smart TV's, E-Readers, gaming consoles (PS5, Xbox, etc.), light systems, alexa home devices, echos, etc. These type of devices will not work on Foxnet-V2 or the Rollins guest network. View instructions below for how to connect to the misc-devices network and call the Help Desk at 407-628-6363 if you are unable to get connected.
- Rollins - Guest is the the network that is used by non-Rollins members that are visiting the campus. You should only connect to this network if you don't have Rollins credentials. Please refer to our guide on how to connect to the Rollins Guest network for instructions.
If you are unable to get connected:
This service is for reporting network issues including the following:
- Issues connecting to Foxnetv2, Rollins-Guest, or Misc-Devices
- Ethernet connectivity issues
Common issue descriptions:
- I can't connect to the WiFi on campus.
- My home devices (ex. Xbox, Smart TV, etc.) are unable to connect to the misc-devices network.
- My Rollins desktop shows no Internet connection.
There are some issues that require a ticket to our networking team so they can clear the issue in our internal systems. If you have done basic troubleshooting and are still unable to get connected, please submit a ticket or call 407-628-6363 so we can assist!
