Kaltura and MediaSpace: Download a Video

Note: If you are using Safari, you need to change your cookies settings in order for the tool to load properly 

 

  1. Access Kaltura My Media via Canvas 
     
  2. In My Media, select the pencil icon for the video you would like to download
     
  3. Go to the Downloads tab
     
  4. Check the box(es) next to the formats you wish to have available for download
     
  5. Click Save
     
  6. Click Go To Media
     
  7. Click Details, located under the video 
     
  8. In the drop-down menu select Download to access downloadable versions 
     
  9. You will then be presented with links to download any of the available versions you checked previously. Click the download icon under the Actions column
