Microsoft Copilot: Secure Your Data by Logging in with Your Rollins Credentials

  1. Go to copilot.microsoft.com

  2. Login with your Rollins credentials to log into the site.

  3. Verify you are using the protected instance of Copilot by checking for a green circle with a shield icon next to your Rollins email or username.

  4. Hovering over the green circle with the shield confirms protection; you can be confident that you are in your Rollins instance of Copilot and that Commercial Data Protection (CDP) is active*.

* Enterprise data protection (EDP) is available on some instances of Microsoft Copilot for some Rollins users and will become more available.
