On behalf of the IT Department, welcome to Rollins! FoxID

The username that is used to log into most systems at Rollins is known as your FoxID.

  • The format for your FoxID is the first initial of your first name followed by your last name (ex. Tommy Tar - TTAR). If you have any questions about your FoxID, please contact the Help Desk.
  • For information on password requirements or to change your password, visit our password information article.
  • If you do not know your R-number, visit the Forgot My R-Card Number page.

Email

Client Portal

The IT Department maintains a Client Portal that is available to all members of the Rollins community.

  • This client portal contains an extensive Knowledge Base with over 250 articles, a Service Catalog that contains information about all of our available services, and a self-service portal for ticket submissions.
  • You can view the status of your tickets by visiting rollins.college/mytickets.

Rollins Resources

Rollins College uses Okta, a single sign-on solution that allows users to log into a variety of systems, including MyRollins, Canvas, and the Client Portal, using one centralized process.

To access your Rollins Resources:

  • Go to rollins.okta.com.
  • Enter your FoxID and Rollins password and click Sign In.
  • Click on the tile for the resource you would like to access.

MyRollins

MyRollins is our portal system that provides you with the following:

  • Employment information (e.g., payroll and leave balance)
  • Course information (e.g., class rosters, schedules, and a place to enter final grades)
  • Access to additional resources (e.g., campus directories, advising tools)
  • More information can be found in the MyRollins knowledge base article.

Canvas

Canvas is the Learning Management System for Rollins College.

  • All academic courses automatically get a Canvas course shell. Courses are typically created 2-3 months prior to the start of the semester.
  • Instructor and student enrollment in Canvas is updated multiple times each day.
  • Several committees and departments utilize Canvas courses to help them organize their documents and discussions, or to provide training.
