Did you know that all Rollins faculty and staff have access to the following?

• A variety of technology tools and software that you may either access in the cloud, install on your computer, or access in the computer labs on campus.
• 5 TB of cloud storage in OneDrive
  • Be sure to backup your files and data so you don't lose any important work!
• 5 free downloads of Microsoft Office
  • Log into your Rollins email and follow these instructions to download.

• IT utilizes a single sign-on solution, called Okta, that allows you to log into a variety of systems, including MyRollins and Canvas, using one centralized process.
