How to install Microsoft Office products

  1. Log into your Okta account
  2. Click the Microsoft Office 365 Mail tile
  3. Click on the waffle menu on the top left of your email
  4. Select Microsoft 365
  5. On the right hand side, click on Install and more
  6. In the drop-down menu, click Install Microsoft 365 apps
  7. Click Install Office 
  8. Double click the installer in your downloads folder
  9. Run the installer
    1. For Macs - click through the installer
    2. For PCs - once you click on the .exe, it will start installing
  10. Once the install finishes, open one of the applications
  11. When it prompts you to log in, type in your Rollins credentials to activate the license
