To share a whiteboard in a Teams meeting:
1. Select the Share icon in the top right corner.

2. Select Microsoft Whiteboard
3.Select an existing board from the list or start a + New Whiteboard

4. When creating a New Whiteboard, you will see "Do you want to Present or Collaborate?"
- Select Collaborate on Whiteboard if you want everyone to be able to edit the same document
- Select Present Whiteboard if only you can make edits

If a whiteboard is already associated with the meeting, Teams will share that board by default. You can choose a different board to share by navigating to the Home icon in the top left.
5. Select an item to create e.g. images
Options include: Notes, Text, Shapes, Reactions, Images, Documents, Links, and Videos.

When you’re done collaborating, click Stop sharing
