How to stop Outlook from making all your meetings Teams meetings

  1. Open the Outlook app and click File

2. Then click Options, on the left navigation bar, which brings a pop-up window.

  1. Then select Calendar, and under Calendar options right next to “Add online meeting to all meetings" select “Add Meeting provider”, which will bring a pop window.

  1. Then un-check the box next to “Add online meeting to all meetings” and click Ok.
