How to configure the Polycom Studio for Microsoft Teams

Note: Plugging in the MMC and Polycom Studio may cause a resolution change of your laptop. This can be corrected by adjusting your laptop's display settings

Mac Computer

How to configure Teams settings:

  1. From the icon bar, select the More Actions button
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Device Settings
  4. To change your speaker to the Polycom Studio, click on the drop down under Microphone and select Polycom Studio
  5. To change your microphone to the Polycom Studio, click on the drop down under Microphone and select Polycom Studio
  6. To change your camera to the Polycom Studio, click on the drop down under Camera and select Polycom Studio

How to configure Mac settings to control the volume level of the Polycom Studio:

  1. Open System Settings
  2. Select Sound from the left hand menu
  3. Click the Output tab
  4. Select Polycom Studio
