Plan Information
The following benefits are available to assist you when you travel:
- Travel Accident Insurance: Regular full time employees who are scheduled to work over 1,462 hours per year are covered when traveling for the College.
- Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical: Employees and dependents enrolled in an ICUBA medical plan are covered when traveling for personal reasons or for the College.
- Services covered on U.S. soil may be covered abroad. However, most services would have to be paid up front and reimbursed thereafter.
- Go to www.bcbsglobalcore.com to review benefits, search in-network providers, and download the international claim form.
- Benefits will be applied per the regular network status per services received (e.g., out-of-network surgery abroad would still pull congruent out-of-network benefits on soil).

- International Travel Program: All Rollins faculty, staff, and students are eligible for additional international assistance when traveling on behalf of the College.
