This service is for reporting software issues including the following:

• Software crashing/not opening
• Missing functionality

Common issue descriptions:

• My outlook application is crashing.
• Why am I receiving pop-ups when I browse Chrome?
• My computer is running slow and says I am running out of space.
• My Adobe Creative Cloud is asking for a license, how do I license it?
