This service is for reporting telephone issues including the following:

• Telephone errors
• Incorrect display name
• Voicemail pin issues
• Fuze softphone issues

Common issue descriptions:

• My phone screen is stuck on "Obtaining IP Address".
• I do not remember my voicemail pin and need it reset.
• Phone calls are going straight to voicemail.
• The display name on my phone is incorrect.
