Overview
This service is for printing requests including the following:
- Printer installation on Rollins-owned devices
- Printer configuration change (e.g., B&W vs Color settings, double-sided vs single-sided)
- Adding or removing users from print budgets
- Replace toner
Common request descriptions:
- I need my department's printer installed on my computer.
- I have a new student employee who needs access to our department's print budget.
- Our printer is out of black toner.
Related Policies and Articles
Printer requests are for campus provided printers only (e.g., Toshiba and Epson printers). Rollins Support and Outreach does not support personal desktop printers.
