Open the PowerPoint file that you need to convert
Click
File
at the top left
Click
Export
Change the file format to
MP4 or MOV
Choose where to save the file, change presentation quality and timings if necessary then click
Export

A loading bar will pop-up at the bottom of the PowerPoint window:
Once the loading bar disappears, you should see your video file located where you saved it

Click
Create a Video
Change presentation quality and timings if necessary then click
Create Video

Choose where to save the video file and the name of the file
