How to convert a Powerpoint file to a video

Mac Computer

1. Open the PowerPoint file that you need to convert
2. Click File at the top left
3. Click Export
4. Change the file format to MP4 or MOV
5. Choose where to save the file, change presentation quality and timings if necessary then click Export:
   
   
    
6. A loading bar will pop-up at the bottom of the PowerPoint window:
   
   
    
7. Once the loading bar disappears, you should see your video file located where you saved it

Windows Computer

1. Open the PowerPoint file that you need to convert
2. Click File at the top left
3. Click Export
4. Click Create a Video
5. Change presentation quality and timings if necessary then click Create Video:
   
   
    
6. Choose where to save the video file and the name of the file
7. A loading bar will pop-up at the bottom of the PowerPoint window:
   
   
    
8. Once the loading bar disappears, you should see your video file located where you saved it
