New Rollins account setup

Important

You must go through this setup before you can log into your other Rollins accounts (canvas, MyRollins, etc.).

Instructions

1. Go to the Okta log in page
2. Log in with your Rollins FoxID and password
3. Configure your MFA options
   1. For step by step instructions on how to configure your MFA, please refer to our article for how to enroll in Okta verify.
4. You will be prompted to fill out recovery information for your account:
   1. Type in your secondary email address:
      
      
       
   2. Add your phone number for recovery:
      
      
       
   3. Choose a security image:
      
      
       
5. You will be brought to your apps dashboard
6. To log out of Okta, click on your name at the top right of the browser then Sign out
