New Rollins account setup

Important

You must go through this setup before you can log into your other Rollins accounts (canvas, foxlink, etc.).

Instructions

1. Go to the Rollins email login page
2. Log in with your Rollins email address and default password (R########MMDDYYYY).
3. You will be prompted to update your password (must be at least 16 characters):
   
   
    
4. You will then be prompted to log in with your new password
5. You will be prompted for more information to keep your account secure:
   
   
    
6. You can choose to set up an alternative email, phone or both:
   1. Click set it up now next to authentication phone:
      
      
       
   2. Type in your phone number and choose text me or call me:
      
      
       
   3. Type in the code you receive then click verify:
      
      
       
   4. Click set it up now next to authentication email:
      
      
       
   5. Type in your alternative email address and click email me:
      
      
       
   6. Type in the code you receive then click verify:
      
      
       
7. Click finish
8. At the outlook welcome page, you will receive a few prompts:
   1. To choose your language and time zone:
      
      
       
   2. To choose your theme:
      
      
       
   3. To create a signature:
      
      
       
9. Once you complete these settings, you will see your inbox
