How to forward calls

Overview

Follow the steps below to forward calls using your desk phone or the 8x8 Work application.

How to forward calls with your desk phone

  1. Press the Menu soft key
  2. Select Features
  3. Select Call Forward
  4. Select Always Forward
  5. Toggle the option next to Always Forward to On
  6. Press the down arrow
  7. Enter the phone number you would like to forward calls to
  8. Press the Save soft key
