Overview
Follow the steps below to forward calls using your desk phone or the 8x8 Work application.
How to forward calls with your desk phone
- Press the Menu soft key
- Select Features
- Select Call Forward
- Select Always Forward
- Toggle the option next to Always Forward to On
- Press the down arrow
- Enter the phone number you would like to forward calls to
- Press the Save soft key
How to forward calls with the 8x8 Work app
