Follow the steps below to change your voicemail pin using your desk phone or the 8x8 Work application.

How to change your voicemail pin with your desk phone

  1. Press the Message button
  2. Enter your current pin followed by the # key
  3. Press 3 (Change user preferences)
  4. Press 1 (Change password)
  5. Enter a new pin followed by the # key
  6. Re-enter the new pin followed by the # key
