Follow the steps below to change your voicemail pin using your desk phone or the 8x8 Work application.
How to change your voicemail pin with your desk phone
- Press the Message button
- Enter your current pin followed by the # key
- Press 3 (Change user preferences)
- Press 1 (Change password)
- Enter a new pin followed by the # key
- Re-enter the new pin followed by the # key
