You can use generative Zoom's AI companion features in meetings, recordings, and whiteboards. Make sure your running the latest version of the Zoom software. Then review your settings online to turn on features and set the best options for you.
General
You have a personal assistant within Zoom Workplace to help you get answers or generate ideas. You can ask questions of AI Companion smart assistant when you click the AI sparkle icon in the Zoom Workplace app. Ask a question to the assistant or use one of the suggested prompts.
Meetings
In your meetings, hosts and invited participants can ask questions to AI Companion during a meeting. Click on the sparkle icon from the Zoom control bar to open the AI assistant. You can generate a meeting summary or ask in-meeting questions based on the enabled features for a host or participants.
Recording
Smart Recording with AI Companion can divide cloud recordings into chapters for easy review, highlight important information, create next steps for attendees to take action, or provide analytics with meeting coach. Review the Zoom recording settings and select what gets created with each recording.
Whiteboard
You can generate content in the whiteboard. Create learning activities by generating ideas or refine your existing content. You can enter a command in the prompt field or select from a list of suggested ideas to generate stickies.
