What can you expect?
- Learn about evidence-based pedagogy and how to use it to increase student learning
- Gain experience with a new collaboration tool (called Perusall) that you can use in your classes
- Receive an electronic copy of the book Powerful Teaching to read in Perusall
- Discussion and collaboration with colleagues -- both synchronously and asynchronously
When is it?
We'll have 4 meetings, three of which will be virtual via Teams. Please join the book club even if you have to miss some meetings!
- May 12, 12noon - 1 pm: Face-to-face meeting and introduction. Lunch is included, location TBD
- June 1, 11 am - 12 pm Teams meeting
- June 22, 11 am - 12 pm Teams meeting
- July 13, 11 am - 12 pm Teams meeting
