How to open a shared mailbox

Mac Computer

New Outlook for Mac:

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click on Outlook in the top menu
  3. Select Settings... from the drop-down
  4. Select Accounts under Personal Settings
  5. Select Delegation and Sharing
  6. Select the Shared with Me tab
  7. Click on the + symbol under Open these additional mailboxes
  8. Search for the mailbox you would like to open then click Add
  9. Click Done and restart Outlook

Legacy Outlook for Mac:

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click on Outlook in the top menu
  3. Select Settings... from the drop-down
  4. Select Accounts under Personal Settings
  5. Select Advanced...
  6. Select Delegates
  7. Click on the + symbol under Open these additional mailboxes
  8. Search for the mailbox you would like to open then click Add
  9. Click OK and restart Outlook

Windows Computer

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click on File
  3. Click on Account Settings 
  4. In the drop-down, click on Account Settings
  5. Click on your email address
  6. Select Change...
  7. Select the More Settings... option
  8. Click on the Advanced tab
  9. Under the mailboxes section, click on Add...
  10. Type in the name of the mailbox and click OK
  11. Click Apply and restart Outlook

Webmail

  1. Log in to your Rollins email
  2. Click on your name at the top right of the window
  3. Click on Open another mailbox
  4. Type in the email address of the mailbox and select Open
  5. The shared mailbox will open in a separate tab
