Mac Computer
New Outlook for Mac:
- Open Outlook
- Click on Outlook in the top menu
- Select Settings... from the drop-down
- Select Accounts under Personal Settings
- Select Delegation and Sharing
- Select the Shared with Me tab
- Click on the + symbol under Open these additional mailboxes
- Search for the mailbox you would like to open then click Add
- Click Done and restart Outlook

Legacy Outlook for Mac:
- Open Outlook
- Click on Outlook in the top menu
- Select Settings... from the drop-down
- Select Accounts under Personal Settings
- Select Advanced...
- Select Delegates
- Click on the + symbol under Open these additional mailboxes
- Search for the mailbox you would like to open then click Add
- Click OK and restart Outlook

Windows Computer
- Open Outlook
- Click on File
- Click on Account Settings
- In the drop-down, click on Account Settings
- Click on your email address
- Select Change...
- Select the More Settings... option
- Click on the Advanced tab
- Under the mailboxes section, click on Add...
- Type in the name of the mailbox and click OK
- Click Apply and restart Outlook

Webmail
- Log in to your Rollins email
- Click on your name at the top right of the window
- Click on Open another mailbox
- Type in the email address of the mailbox and select Open
- The shared mailbox will open in a separate tab
