How to access and sign in to the TDClient support portal

Overview

There are two main ways to access the Support Portal in TeamDynamix. Click a topic below to jump to those instructions.

Access through Okta

  1. Go to your Okta account
  2. Sign in with your Rollins ID and password, if you are not already signed in
  3. Click the Support Portal tile

  4. The Support Portal will open and you can navigate to the services or knowledge base articles you're looking for

Access through URL

  1. Go to the TeamDynamix homepage
    Note: if you go to just rollins.teamdynamix.com you'll see three tiles, click "Client Portal"
  2. Click Sign In at the top right
  3. Sign in with you Rollins ID and password
  4. Navigate throughout the portal for the services or knowledge base articles you're looking for
