Overview
There are two main ways to access the Support Portal in TeamDynamix. Click a topic below to jump to those instructions.
Access through Okta
- Go to your Okta account
- Sign in with your Rollins ID and password, if you are not already signed in
- Click the Support Portal tile
- The Support Portal will open and you can navigate to the services or knowledge base articles you're looking for
Access through URL
- Go to the TeamDynamix homepage
Note: if you go to just rollins.teamdynamix.com you'll see three tiles, click "Client Portal"
- Click Sign In at the top right
- Sign in with you Rollins ID and password
- Navigate throughout the portal for the services or knowledge base articles you're looking for
