Purpose
Rollins students, faculty, staff and visitors are expected to uphold high standards of academic integrity and personal conduct while using camera phones and other electronic recording devices, such as film, digital and web cameras, etc., on campus.
Rollins strictly prohibits the use of camera phones and other recording devices in any manner which violates or compromises academic integrity, norms of personal conduct, or the expectation of privacy that individuals have a reasonable right to assume on campus.
Those who violate this policy may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment, academic dismissal, removal from campus, and/or criminal prosecution/civil liability.
