Add a Collaborator to Qualtrics Survey

  1. On the Survey Tab, click Tools
     
  2. Click Collaborate

     
  3. Start typing in the user's name and select it from the dropdown menu

    Important: If you do not see their name, they may not have accessed Qualtrics before. Please ask them to access Qualtrics (directions are linked). Once they have accessed Qualtrics, you will be to add them. 

     
  4. Click the Add

     
  5. Type an optional message to the user and click OK. They will receive an email notification that they have access to the survey. 

     
  6. Select their collaboration settings by checking or unchecking the boxes
     
  7. Click Save
