Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) at Rollins

What is MFA?

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is part of the sign-in process when accessing your Rollins account. After entering your username (FoxID) and password, you are prompted for an additional form of authentication, such as accepting a notification on your phone, entering a code from a text message, or accepting and responding to a phone call.

This is an extra layer of protection if someone gains access to your FoxID and password because this additional factor isn't easy for an attacker to obtain or duplicate.

Rollins uses Okta Verify to provide MFA for our accounts.

As of November 18th 2021, MFA is required for all accounts. Please contact the Help Desk if you need assistance.
