How to MFA using Okta Verify without cell signal or WiFi

Overview

If you are in a location with poor wireless connectivity or no cell reception and are unable to receive the push notification from Okta Verify, you can MFA using the enter a code option.

Instructions

  1. On the verification page, click Or enter code under Send Push
  2. Open the Okta Verify application on your cell phone
  3. Look for the code listed under rollins.okta.com
  4. Type the code in the text box under Enter Code and click Verify (please note that this code changes every 30 seconds)
