Overview
If you are in a location with poor wireless connectivity or no cell reception and are unable to receive the push notification from Okta Verify, you can MFA using the enter a code option.
Instructions
- On the verification page, click Or enter code under Send Push
- Open the Okta Verify application on your cell phone
- Look for the code listed under rollins.okta.com
- Type the code in the text box under Enter Code and click Verify (please note that this code changes every 30 seconds)
